Our mobile bar package is designed to provide a hassle-free experience. We take care of everything from the staffing to the pop-up bar counter, alcohols, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, cooler boxes, and waste management. With our mobile bar package, customers can sit back, relax, and thoroughly enjoy their event, knowing that our team at My Bartender takes care of every detail.
What are the setup requirements for the Mobile Bar?
The smallest bar counter we typically set up measures around 150 cm x 70 cm. A total area of approximately 170 cm x 130 cm is required to accommodate the working space. However, this may vary depending on the size of the event, with a larger crowd requiring more space. While the setup doesn't need to be located near an electric power point or washing area, it would be advantageous if a water point is available. Moreover, if there's an in-house bar, we can use it to maximise the space for guest interaction.
Can I opt for the mobile bar service without a bartender?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't provide mobile bar services without a bartender. Nevertheless, we do have an alternative option. You can rent the equipment from us and order the alcohol and mixers at our retail cost if you would prefer to go that route. Please note that there may be necessary charges associated with this option.
